How to break in a baseball mitt:
1. Apply baseball glove oil to mitt to hydrate and soften leather.
2. Strike mallet in glove pocket 50+ times.
Follow up with baseball glove conditioner to seal in oil and protect leather.
4. Continue to use mallet as needed to keep pocket well-shaped and supple.
5. Use mallet and glove wrap to maintain shape when not in use.
